$25 USD per day

Please have your boarding information available. You must show it to enter the garage. 

  • The Erato Street Parking Garage opens at 9:00am (CST)and has over 1,000 covered parking spaces; garage is secured, lighted and patrolled.
  • Please have your boarding information available. You must show it to enter the garage. 
  • The entrance is located on top of the terminal. It is accessible via a circular ramp that you will see as you approach the building.
  • On the first floor of the garage (3rd floor of the terminal building), you will be directed to the offloading area. SeaCaps will take your checked luggage and deliver them directly to the ship.
  • After parking, take the elevator to the first floor check-in and waiting area
  • Accepted forms of payment: U.S Dollars, Credit Cards and Debit Cards; full payment due upon entering the garage;
  • Advance reservations are not available for regular-sized vehicles, but a parking space is guaranteed. 
  • Maximum height is 8'4" (limited space) on 3rd floor and 7'6" on higher floors and maximum 22' in length

  • Oversized Vehicles longer than 22 feet: The port is not able to offer oversized parking. Please call Ann Hanks at 504 528-3318.
  • Overflow Parking: Due to high parking demand, it may be necessary to redirect passengers to the overflow parkings lots that are conveniently located near the cruise terminals. Shuttle transportation to and from these lots is provided.
