Post Cruise Guest Satisfaction Survey

Our goal is to always provide the most enjoyable and memorable cruise vacation experience for our guests. We appreciate any and all feedback, as we use it as an opportunity to continue enhancing our product and services.

All sailed guests (over the age of 18) who have provided us with their email address will receive an email invitation to participate in an online Guest Satisfaction Survey. The survey is sent a day or two after the return and guests have 10 days to complete it. The survey works on smart phones, tablets, laptops, and other computers.

If you do not receive the survey and would like to, feel free to contact us at guestcare@carnival.com or call 800 929-6400 and we will gladly send you a Guest Satisfaction Survey via email.
