'Comfort Matters' Stateroom Service

'Comfort Matters' provides a personalized level of stateroom service and comfort that allows our guests to select services and amenities they prefer during their stay on board. On embarkation day, the Stateroom Attendant will introduce himself to the guests and ask their preference for stateroom service and inquire whether additional amenities will be needed. 

  • Guests may choose for the best time to tidy up their stateroom, per their preference: 
    • Morning Service, or...
    • Evening Service 
  • Guests have the option to request:
    • extra towels 
    • extra pillows and blankets
    • extra hangers
    • bathrobes
    • hair dryers (on Carnival Elation and Carnival Paradise
Bed linens are changed on embarkation day morning and mid voyage for cruises 6 days and longer; they are changed on embarkation day morning for cruises 5 days and less. Of course, they will be changed upon request as well or if visibly, in need.
